Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day financial accounting activities
- Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Processing payments and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables
- Reconciling and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Supporting monthly and annual financial closing procedures
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
- Communicating with tax advisors, customers, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable accounting requirements in Italy
Your profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred
- Knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems, Odoo knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A structured, proactive, and independent approach to work
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Italian language proficiency; English skills are an advantage
