To strengthen our German-Japanese JointVenture, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) with strong technical understanding who can competently advise our customers, recognise market potential and actively contribute to the company's success.

Your mission

Responsibility for the smooth running of ongoing customer support and acquisition in the semiconductor and medical industry, specifically the sale of high-purity HDPE packaging
Independent coordination of the strategic development of new markets and the conclusion of sales contracts
Identification of trends to secure and expand the competitiveness of the product portfolio
Responsibility for strategic and operational purchasing as well as for the holistic management of the entire product life cycle
Conducting negotiations and providing technical customer support
Customer visits within Europe
Visits to trade fairs/congress events
Regular cooperation with our foreign subsidiaries based on the assigned product portfolio
Close operational coordination with our Japanese joint venture partner

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in a sales-related environment.
Solid professional experience or experience in a comparable position, as well as market and industry knowledge in the field of cleanroom packaging. Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Strong customer focus combined with a professional manner towards business partners and the ability to work in a team.
Intercultural understanding, willingness to engage in intercultural exchange
Independent and structured way of working and a high degree of initiative
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel (up to 60%), class B driving licence

Wir suchen schnellstmöglich für unser Deutsch-Japanisches JointVenture - die Aicello-HARKE GmbH - eine/n Senior Product Manager (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Sie

Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der kontinuierlichen Betreuung und Gewinnung von Kunden im Bereich der Halbleiter- und Medizinindustrie, hier Vertrieb von hochreinen HDPE Verpackungen
Eigenständige Koordinierung der strategischen Erschließung neuer Märkte und des Abschlusses von Verkaufsverträgen
Erkennung von Trends, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Produktportfolios zu sichern und auszubauen
Verantwortung für den strategischen und operativen Einkauf sowie für die ganzheitliche Steuerung des gesamten Product Life Cycles
Führung von Verhandlungen, sowie technischem Kundensupport
Kundenbesuche im europäischen Raum
Besuche von Messe-/Kongressveranstaltungen
Regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit mit unseren ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften, basierend auf dem zugewiesenen Produktportfolio
Enge operative Abstimmung mit unserem japanischen JointVenture - Partner

Das bringen Sie mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld
Fundierte Berufserfahrung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich der Reinraum Verpackungen. Erfahrungen in der Halbleiterindustrie sind von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung kombiniert mit einem professionellen Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern sowie Teamfähigkeit
Interkulturelle Verständnis, Bereitschaft zum interkulturellen Austausch
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 von Vorteil
Gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit (bis zu 60 %), Führerschein Klasse B
